This cute Teabag Holder was given to me at regionals but I didn't get the name of the lady who made it.The front flap is held closed by a tiny piece of velcro and inside is a teabag. You could substitute another small treat inside if you like.The holder is made using two Top Note die cuts, one solid and one a printed designer paper. Attach the two pieces and then fold the the ends over and attach with the velcro. Add a piece of ribbon and you are done! Very simple,quick and cute as a button.
